- The maximum amount will depend on the value of the applicant's portfolio.
- The term is for a maximum of 5 years.
- The nominal rate of interest is 8.95%.
- Billing is monthly.
- The opening fee is 1%, with a minimum of €30.05.
- The information and maintenance fee is 0.25%, with a minimum of €15.03.
- The fee for early settlement or cancellation is 3% of the amount paid off.
- A fee of €30 will be payable on defaulted payments.
